Easy Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

It’s important now more than ever to keep our immune systems strong and boosted with natural anti-inflammatory spices this is the perfect immune support smoothie. It’s also naturally gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Servings: 2 Glasses or 1 large glass

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of frozen banana
  • 1 ½ Cups of frozen mango
  • 2 Teaspoon of ground turmeric
  • 1 Teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of dairy free yoghurt 
  • 1 Cup of coconut milk

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients, serve and enjoy!
