Easy Matcha Protein Balls

Such an easy & versatile recipe with the amazing nutritional benefits of matcha along with a protein boost. They work great as a healthy snack or post work out. As a bonus they’re gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan friendly
Servings: 12 Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Desiccated coconut
  • ¼ Cup Coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp Honey/agave syrup
  • 1 Scoop (30g) of protein powder (I prefer vanilla as it’s neutral) 
  • 2 Tbsp 2 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • To a blender add all of your ingredients and blend until combined
  • Transfer to a large mixing bowl and further mix with your hands
  • Using your hands shape the mixture into 12 small protein balls, be sure to compact them well with your hands
  • Drizzle with a little more desiccated coconut and enjoy
  • You are now ready to serve or store in a sealed container in the fridge for 4-5 days
