Easy Triple Berry Smoothie

Made with a beautiful combination of berries, this is not only delicious but super nutritious. Packed with valuable vitamins and minerals it’s perfect for detoxing and boosting the immune system. As an added bonus it’s also gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian friendly!

Servings: 1 large/2 small smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 Cup of frozen raspberries
  • ½ Cup of frozen cranberries
  • 1 Kiwi chopped
  • 1 Cup of yogurt (dairy free if required)
  • 1 Cup of unsweetened cranberry juice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth consistency, pour and enjoy!
