Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

Packed with delicious and nutritious ingredients this smoothie bowl is packed with goodness. A perfect way to start the day! It’s also naturally gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Servings: 1 Bowl or 2 small bowls


  • 1 Cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • ½ Cup of pineapple, frozen
  • ½ Cup of Greek yogurt 
  • ½ Cup of coconut water
  • Top with oats/granola, fruit, nuts and seeds of your choice 


  • To a blender add all of your ingredients and blend until you achieve a thick and smooth consistency
  • Remove from blender and pour into 1 large or 2 small bowls.
  • Add your toppings and enjoy!
