Turmeric Latte

Not only is this a warming and soothing drink, with Turmeric and a little cinnamon it’s also a great way of adding a natural anti-inflammatory boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ Cups of coconut milk
  • 2 Teaspoons of ground turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a pot and on a medium for 8-10 minutes
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy
