Pistachio & Fig Honey Pot

So light and delicious this is perfect as a breakfast or healthy snack. It’s also naturally gluten free and vegetarian friendly!

  • 7 Figs (fresh/dried), 5 halved and 2 roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Greek yoghurt or dairy free alternative
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Pistachios, shelled and halved

You’ll Also Need

  • 2 Small Kilner jars or jars with lids


  • Add the halved figs along the bottom of each of the jars, with inside of the fig facing outwards and touching the glass (for the visual effect)
  • Divide the yoghurt between each of the jars
  • Top each jar with 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of pistachios and the roughly chopped figs
  • They’re ready to eat or alternatively you can store in the fridge to enjoy later (eat within 2 days)
